If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund immediately.

  • Errors on Site: We do our absolute best to ensure descriptions, measurements, and prices are accurate. In the rare event that an item is accidentally listed with an incorrect price or typo, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item and correct the error.

3. Custom & Wholesale Work

  • Wholesale: We love working with other businesses! Bulk and wholesale pricing details are handled via direct contract. All wholesale orders are subject to our specific production timelines and are considered final sale once production begins.
  • Custom Submissions: If you request a personalized or custom design, you represent that you own or have the rights to any text, images, or ideas you submit to us.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All original content on this website—including our unique product designs, physical item models, descriptions, logos, graphics, and photographs—is the property of MBprintcraft and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website content without our express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • We take immense pride in the quality of our products, but they are sold "as is" for their intended consumer or decorative use.

  • While we always strive to ship your items on time, we cannot be held responsible for fulfillment or shipping delays caused by emergencies, natural disasters, severe weather, supply chain disruptions, postal service strikes, or other unexpected events completely beyond our control.

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina.
